- Is the server really activated within 1 minute?
- Yes, that's correct. Most of our servers are setup within 1 minute (this also depends on your email-provider, to get the account details). We offer instant-setup systems that are directly available without wait-time after payment. There are also manual-setup systems available, which will be activated mostly within 24 hours.
- What's the minimum contract-term?
- The minimum contract-term for our instant-servers is 1 day. If you want to upgrade your system, the contract-term will automatically change to 30 days, which is the minimum for upgraded systems.
- Am I allowed to resell your services?
- Yes, you can act as reseller to offer our servers to your customers. Most of our systems are completely "whitelabled" so your customers don't know where you get the servers from. One more good thing is that you can cancel the servers at any time, so you will not be charged a high monthly fee, if your customer doesn't pay you. We also offer discounts if you buy more than 8 servers.
- Is there any cancellation period?
- Our instant-servers can be cancelled every day. There is no cancellation period. You can also configure the payment interval in our control panel.
- Do you have any special terms of use?

- How do I setup my server after order and payment is made? Is there a tutorial or something?

- You say "1 Gbps dedicated, unshared + no bandwidth limit". Is this really true?
- That's correct. Your server will be connected via 1 Gbps dedicated. We don't charge you for any datatransfer. You can push up to 1 Gbps without any additional fees and without any bottlenecks or limitations.
- I want to host downloads which will make a lot of traffic. Is this a problem?
- No, that's no problem as long as the downloads are legal. As we said, we guarantee full GBit without transfer-limitations.
- Am I allowed to host torrent/warez/pornographic content?
- Torrent is allowed. Warez and any illegal-downloadsites are not. For pornographic content, please contact our support. This depends on your hosted material.
- My server is unreachable. Is there a KVM-system? Can you help me?
- Sure, every instant-server has an integrated KVM. Please check your account-details-email, that you got from us after payment or login to our control panel. There you will find the link to iLO, that allows you to administrate your server remotely via KVM. For all manual-servers, you can request a temporary KVM. We will help you to setup or to get your server back online as soon as possible, if you need assistance.
- Do you have a testfile/ip, to test the speed/routes/ping?

- I want to upgrade my server, but you don't offer the components/features I need. Is there a way to upgrade anyhow?
- Please contact our support for more information on upgrading your server. Sometimes we have some special upgrade-offers for you, to upgrade the system to your needs.
- Can I downgrade the system to lower the daily/monthly fees? I don't need that high hardware-specs.
- We are sorry, there is no way to lower the system-specifications, but you can contact us, if you need something we don't offer on the website. Sometimes there is a way to offer some limited special systems.
- Can I upgrade my system after payment?
- Yes, you can. Please remember that the minimum contract term will increase to a minimum of 30 days when you want to upgrade your system. Please contact our support for upgrading the system after payment.
